I am so excited to be working with Marathon Runner/Coach Bruce Seguin!
Bruce and I want to help inspire you to run to a healthier you! Whether you are a beginner or experienced runner, running for weight loss, training for your first race, or want to increase your pace....we are here for you. Any age! Any fitness level! Our goal is to help you be the best you can be ,help you "run" to achieve your fitness goals but most of all make running FUN!
No one will be left behind. Everyone will be challenged.
First meeting/run is Monday, May 21st at 7pm
at Waldenburg Park
located on 21 mile 1/4 mile east of Romeo Plank
Other dates/times are:
Friday, June 1st 6:30pm
Friday, June 8th 6:30pm
Saturday, June 16th Noon
Wednesday, June 27th 6:30pm

We will have 5 guided destination meetings.
Some locations are River Bends Park, Paint Creek Trail,
Stoney Creek, & Dodge Park. Each session will last
approx. 1 to 1 1/2hours. Bruce & I will group everyone based upon goals, experience, & fitness levels. Each session we will be discussing basics of running, nutrition for running, stretching techniques, set goals & answer any questions you have. Each member will have access to weekly suggested workout plans, Club Discounts at local running shop, & discounts to upcoming races.
First meeting on Monday, May 21st is $15
Those that wish to join the next 4 session the fee is $50
or anyone can participate at $15 drop in rate.

With Instructor/MMA Fighter Don Demetrakeas and our own IFBB Pro Ken Jackson!
This cardio class is different than anything you have experienced in the past.
With some basic lessons on the correct form for throwing punches you will invoke
your core and legs for a one of a kind work out. The class allows you to go at
your own pace rather than having to hit a specific number of reps which allows you to
progress with your body not getting inundated. The best part about this class is that the exercises involved pump blood to your upper body as well as your lower body which helps for faster cardio conditioning. The class will start with equal parts
work to equal parts rest. As the class progresses the work time will increase and the rest time
will decrease. Again forcing the cardio conditioning.
Boxing gloves are required and there will absolutely be no contact with any of the other participants. This merely uses boxing techniques to put the body through one of the most intense cardio sessions you have ever experienced.

What is Small Group Training? Getting the experience of a personal trainer but in a small group enviornment. You get a full-body work out with free weights, gym equipment, toning exercises, and conditioning to help you reach your fitness goals! I design a workout program for you, make sure you are doing the exercise properly, and help you maximize your training time! Using weight training helps to expedite weight loss as well as tone and sculpt your body. I do this training at my home in Chesterfield and the Ken Jackson's Fitness Factory! Small groups consist of 4 to 10 people. Bring your own group or join an existing group! One hour sessions. Day and Evening Sessions are available! . Call me or email me for openings
Weight training helps you maintain and build muscle, strength and bone density and burns up plenty of calories during and after a session. Muscle helps burn fat by increasing your metabolism in day-to-day living.
Combined with cardio, strength training is an ideal weight loss tool.
